This large mini- dot black lamp had a strong, quiet presence casting a beautiful honeycomb pattern with its large silver top bubble. The light passes through the pierced holes and casts a warm pattered light on the dark walls of the room. It make a lovely mood light for a dark corner or hall. Peering down into the opening you see the sculptural illusion of the vessel’s top being reflected on the surface of the bulb. This black lamp sits a top a hammered brass base at 27" h x 12.5" w x 11"d and is wired with an antique white cloth covered cord and reproduction hardware. The porcelain vessel is formed with a wooden paddle and stone anvil and hand carved when the clay is bone dry. Glaze fired. Made to order in  4 weeks.
