Ceramic vessel formed with a wooden paddle and stone anvil and hand carved when the clay is bone dry. Glaze fired and wired with rayon covered cloth cord, brass base and antique reproduction plug. The mirror of the LED gold domed bulb reflects the top on the lamp and the piercings. Lit from within, the holes refract soft patters of quiet, contemplative light onto the walls of a dark room.
